As of February 1, 2026 the following policy will be implemented.
Client sessions that are cancelled less than 90 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled session will be marked as a NO SHOW.
NO SHOW POLICY: this policy is the same as the information sheet provided at the beginning of therapy: Three (3) no shows may result in DISCHARGE.
Please communicate as early as possible to help this clinic to continue to serve the community.
